Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP)

Our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) is designed to help individuals with serious mental health conditions build the skills, confidence, and support needed to live independently and thrive in the community.

PRP services focus on recovery, empowerment, and functional improvement across daily living, social, vocational, and wellness domains. Services are individualized, strengths-based, and goal-oriented, meeting participants where they are and supporting progress at their own pace.

Participants work one-on-one and in group settings with trained specialists to develop practical skills such as:

  • Daily living and self-care

  • Emotional regulation and coping strategies

  • Social and communication skills

  • Community integration and resource navigation

  • Employment readiness and educational support

Our team collaborates closely with outpatient mental health providers, families, and community partners to ensure coordinated care that aligns with each participant’s treatment goals.

PRP services are provided in community-based settings and are guided by trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and recovery-oriented practices. Our goal is to promote independence, increase functioning, and support long-term stability and quality of life.
